Even that I didn’t posted too much about ROSI (The Romanian Open Source and Free Software Initiative) in the last time, this doesn’t mean that we are out of activity; actually we achieved some important objectives; we established the group name, and a week ago, we established the conference name: Liberatica – The Benefits of Open and Free Technologies Also we discussed about the conference topics; this conference is intended to promote OS/FS solutions and software that can successfully replace proprietary software/technologies in the day by day use (not only for developers and power users, but in the same time for ordinary people) and in business (discussing business models based on OS/FS). In this autumn, we are going to launch the group and conference website www.rosi.ro. Stay tuned for future announcements.
